By making a purchase through this website at www.omgmyseoul.com and platform, you agree to provide complete and accurate account information for all transactions. All information such as your mailing address, email address, and credit card number and expiration date must be accurate and up to date so that we can complete your transaction and/or contact you as needed. If you fail to provide updated information as noted, this could result in mail delivery issues and OMG My Seoul holds the right to provide no refund. OMG My Seoul does not take responsibility for delivery issues due to the absence of a receiver being present and holds the right to provide no refund or cover any additional costs as a result of delivery issues.
If there are issues in delivering your OMG My Seoul gift box due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we can only offer the OMG My Seoul gift box to be redelivered at the expense of the customer covering redelivery fees.
OMG My Seoul only delivered domestically in the USA via USPS Priority Mail and typically takes between 2-7 business days. Please do note that holidays and these unfortunate COVID-19 times will result in occasional shipping delays.
Through buying a monthly OMG My Seoul subscription box, you explicitly recognize and agree that
- Your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, OMG My Seoul or our third party payment processor is authorized to automatically charge your payment method monthly at the subscription rate for your subscription as long as your subscription continues
- Your subscription will automatically continue for successive monthly periods until you opt to pause or cancel it
You may pause/cancel your monthly subscription at any time, by logging into your OMG My Seoul account or contacting us and following the instructions provided to you in response to your request. The cancellation of a box shipment must be made one (1) business day before the next billing date reflected in your Account Settings. If you cancel your subscription less than one (1) business day before your next billing date your cancellation will be take effect from the subsequent month and no refund will be provided. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your current subscription term.
In the event you cancel your monthly subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about OMG My Seoul unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
If you wish to cancel your single box purchase, you must inform us within 24 hours to refund your order.
You may not post, publish, upload, or distribute any content or product on this site, which are unlawful or abusive in any way including but not limited to any content that are defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inclusive of hate speech, or would constitute or encourage a criminal offence, infringe the rights of any party, or give rise to liability or violation of any applicable law. We may delete your content at any time for any reason without permission from you.
